• Available to individuals residing in St. Louis City or St. Louis County who are between the ages of 19-64, do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare, have no other form of insurance, and have income at or below 100% of the federal poverty level.
• To access services, you must be able to provide proof of citizenship or an active visa, and proof of income
