Josh Lubatkin

Josh Lubatkin is an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the St. Louis County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney. He began his legal career as a defense attorney and later became a prosecutor where he has worked on felony cases as well as developing and implementing diversion programs in both the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County. Josh also serves as a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrator and mediator, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Uprise Collective and The Village Stl. Josh is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and was selected as a member of the Fraternity’s Beta Class of the 40 under 40 initiative for Civic Engagement. Josh is passionate about community service and volunteers his time towards causes such as food scarcity, and education. Josh is originally from Worcester, Massachusetts and is huge Boston Celtics, New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. Josh received both a bachelor’s degree in African and African American Studies and a Juris Doctorate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
