Continuums of Care (CoCs) are local or regional planning bodies that coordinate housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals. The primary purpose of a CoC is to organize and deliver housing and services to meet the specific needs of people who are homeless as they move to stable housing and maximize self-sufficiency.

We ask that you join us in this transformational approach to ending homelessness. HESTL needs to engage individuals, foundations, corporations, and other community organizations in our efforts.

Community Champions, who understand and are excited about this transformational approach to ending homelessness and who will share our message with a broader network.

Funders, to support the operations of HESTL and to assist the community of providers in providing services when the current system experiences new or temporary need.

Board Members and Committee Members, to provide talent, expertise and time for strategic, operational, and financial decisions and governance.
